Strength Areas
We have catered to simple and complex distillation projects across many locations and have solutions for Extractive, Azeotropic and Pressure swing distillation systems. Software used: Aspen Plus and Aspen Hysys software.
Our expertise includes designing Three Phase separators and Oil –water separators (Heater treaters). On the Gas side, we design Natural gas sweetening systems using the best solvents available in the market and Natural Gas hydrocarbon & water dew point control systems. Simulation software & in-house developed spreadsheets are utilised.
This includes the Thermal design of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers & Air coolers, Fired heaters such as Reformers and Crude oil heaters. HTRI s/w is commonly used.
We design Catalytic Reactor and Allied system. Catalyst vendor-specific performance parameters are utilized for Reactor design. Bench-scale and pilot trials are offered. Also, we have associations with some of the leading Research Institutes in the country.
We perform Dynamic analysis of Process controls, CFD analysis of Flow distribution problems for Reactors,etc. We collaborate with Analytical Laboratories to perform a unique offering on corrosion failure analysis.
We are pioneers in developing technologies for light Hydrocarbons, alternative Combustion fuels and participate in Client’s technology development programme. Our professionals are actively involved in implementing certain niche technologies in the process industries, some of which are already in the pilot phase and others in the operational phase.
